Hours of Operation:

Weekdays: 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (other hours available upon requests).

Weekends: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

**Banquet room will be available earlier for Caterers and decorating  upon request and approval of Banquet Coordinator.

 
 

  Capacity:

  • 500 people dining style
  • 700 people theater style

*With head table, gift  table, and cake table included in set-up,  room capacity is 400 people.

Rental Fees:
  • $600.00 / 
    On Saturday
  • $500.00 /
    Sunday - Friday
  • 25% Discount on rental fee if using our caterer.
  • An added fee of $15.00 per each extra fifteen minutes after 11:00 P.M.

 Included in rental fee:

  • 6' rectangular tables with chairs
  • Head table skirting
  • Sound system with 2 microphones
  • Clean-up (kitchen not included)
  • On-site Manager

Items available (extra charge)

  • Linen Tablecloths $2.50 /each - if we cater
  • $3.50 /each - if you cater
  • Linen Napkins $.035 /each
  • 60" Round tables $7.25 /each


Cancellation Policy / Deposits:

If function is cancelled:

  • 12 months or more prior to contracted date full deposit, less a $25.00 service charge, will be returned.

  • Less than 12 months but more than 90 days will forfeit 1/2 of all deposits.

  • Less than 90 days all deposits are forfeited.

Deposits:

  • One-quarter of room rental plus $100.00 security deposit is due at signing of contract.

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to function.

  • Entertainment:

    Because our Family Life Center is a part of our church facility, we are limited on the specific type of dancing that is permitted. We allow: Big Band, Classic, Oldies, Country, Waltz, Polkas, and the 70's Easy Llistening. There will not be permitted any type of Gangster, Rap, Hard Rock, Acid Rock, Head Banging, or Obscene or Suggestive Language types.  
    All bands and disc jockeys will be required to sign a contract prior to the function.  We will have the option of shutting down any reception that does no follow the guidelines of our Church Board rulings.


  • This is a "Smoke & Alcohol Free environment...
    There is NO Smoking or Alcohol Use Allowed on the premise!
    If you or a member of your party are found with either, you will lose your deposit and be legally responsible!
