Alcohol & Smoke Free Environment
Smoking is permitted only in outside designated areas.
Clients or guest are not permitted to bring alcohol beverages of any kind into building or on premises.

Catering:
Licensed caterers must supply their own cooking and serving utensils, plates, silverware, napkins, serving dishes.
Full use of facility’s ovens, sinks, and refrigerator is permissible with prior approval.
Caterers are responsible for complete clean-up of kitchen.

Set-up & Clean-up
Our Center provides the room set-up, per your request, including tables, chairs, and waste receptacles. Our staff will clean and take down tables & chairs after your function.
Clients are responsible for any decorations. All items intended to be kept must be removed immediately after function.
Calvary Bible Chapel Family Life Center is not responsible for items left or lost in the banquet facility.
